Utilities for everything. There is a 24/7 family mart convince store. It's not an exclusive expensive shop but the same prices you would find outside the hotel. They have wifi of course, lan and you can even cast video from your device to the tv in the room (airplay or google cast). There is a free hot spa in the hotel on the 4th floor which is great. There is even an outdoor bath. Note that it's a traditional Japanese spa so there is a bit of getting used to. Easy steps: 1. Find the robe in the hotel room and put it on with just underwear. Put a bath towel, face towel, your key card, and payment card/ credit card in a bag. 2. Go to the fourth floor and go into the respective male female bath using your card key. 2. Make sure you take off your shoes/slippers at the entrance. 3. Place the slippers in the slipper boxes. 4. Go to an empty locker, get butt naked but bring your face towel - put the key on your wrist. 5. it is IMPORTANT to wash your body before jumping into the baths so when you go into the bathing area, you will see washing booths. Sit down, get clean. Yes you can wet the face towel. 6. Once clean, wring your face towel and enter any hot pool. You can place the face towel on your head or just put it down on the side. 7. Once done just repeat the cleaning process and exit the bathing area. Dry your body, put on your clothes/robe and use the beauty seats to dry your hair, clean your ears etc. 8. Pick up your shoes/slippers and exit the bathing area. 9. Go into the family mart convenience store just outside the spa area and grab a beer, sour or choice of refreshing beverage and pay it with your payment card.(pasmo, suica also works) at the self serve check outs. 10. Return to your room and enjoy the drink, your clean spirit and body. - repeat as many times as you want.

Loved everything about this place. I was assigned a room on the 13th floor, with a wonderful view of the Minatomirai side. It's especially beautiful at night with a lovely view of the harbour, the Cosmo World Ferris Wheel, the World Porters, the Pacifico InterContinental, and if you're lucky then also the Tokyo Tower! Being an aviation geek I also enjoyed views of flights constantly landing at taking off from Haneda! Apart from the views, the rooms are spotless clean, including the linens. Cute little private bathroom with EVERYTHING that you'd need. The check-in was assisted but on a machine. The check-out was completely automatic with nothing but only dropping off of the room card in the designated machine. Highly recommend! The place is also really close to Bashamichi Station, with a FamilyMart near and also two stores within the premise itself.

Location was relaxing and beautiful, as it was alongside a river where you could take a stroll at night and see the Cosmo Clock lit up. The happy noises from the amusement park also lend a very unique charm. The view of the harbor was just stunning. You could just watch the harbor all day long! All the APA hotels I've stayed at have the beautiful orange and crystal chandeliers and dark walls. You just don't expect this very pretty look at a hotel chain. The staff was nice, too, and helped me check in.

The location and the view in high floors are the biggest value for this hotel. The APA bay tower resort is among one of the landmark buildings. Design and facilities are perfect for hotel use. Guest can enjoy most of the conveniency, including gym, pool (not for swimming though), spa, in-building Family mart, and many restaurant options. Separate breakfast is a bit pricy and I did not try it. Buffet dinner looks good but I did find other options outside nearby. Overall a pleasant stay.

I also enjoyed being near the bay with restaurants like Bills was which has a fabulous breakfast and coffee. The onsite Brewery restaurant was excellent too. The spa facility was very good and free for guests. Splendid views over the harbour from on high in a comfortable room and bed made the stay enjoyable. Great value for money.
